At Topasso, we deliver your orders to your chosen address across Egypt.
We strive to provide the best online shopping experience through professional third-party couriers to ensure the timely and safe arrival of your products.
Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).
Delivery times are estimated based on your delivery address and will be provided at the checkout stage.
Delivery Procedure

Courier Contact: Our courier will contact you to settle a delivery time. The courier may attempt delivery up to two times.

Missed Deliveries: If you fail to respond to the courier’s calls for 3 days, or if the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to our store.

Re-ordering: In the event of a cancellation due to non-receipt, any future re-orders must be paid via online transfer prior to shipping.

Receipt: We may require a signature upon receipt. Anyone at the registered address who signs for the package is considered authorized to receive it.
